• Family member details: Names, roles (parent/child), and optional licence information for supervisors you add.
• Driving session data: Dates, times, locations, odometer readings, vehicle details, and notes you log.
• Repayment records: Chore types, durations, and descriptions of contributions logged.
• Usage data: App interactions and device information for analytics and improvement.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the driving logbook and repayment tracking features.
• To calculate progress toward licensing requirements in your state or territory.
• To send you reminders and notifications about your lessons and repayments.
• To improve our app features and user experience.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the app (such as cloud hosting), and only as necessary to provide the service. All providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. Access is restricted to authorised personnel. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your driving session and repayment records for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and the data associated with it at any time from the Account page in the app, which permanently removes it straight away.

7. Children's Privacy

Repayed is designed for use by teen learners and their parents. For users under 18, a parent or guardian must create and manage the account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental consent.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can update your profile details in the app or contact us to exercise your data rights. Repayed is free to use, so there is no subscription to cancel.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy in the app and updating the "Last updated" date.
