Repayed1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Repayed ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Repayed is a mobile application that allows families to log driving lessons for learner drivers and track repayments through chores or agreed contributions. The App also provides progress tracking toward state or territory licensing requirements.
3. Eligibility
The App is intended for use by teen learner drivers and their parents or guardians. Users under 18 must have a parent or guardian's permission to use the App. By registering, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it updated. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of local laws.
- Submit false or misleading driving session or repayment records.
- Attempt to access another user's data without permission.
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the App or its servers.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
6. No In-App Purchases
The App is free to use. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions or paid features, and no payment is required to access any part of the App.
7. Accuracy of Logbook Data
While the App helps you track driving hours, it is your responsibility to ensure that logged sessions are accurate and comply with your state or territory's licensing authority requirements. We are not responsible for any consequences of inaccurate or incomplete records submitted to licensing authorities.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, and its content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you submit. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that logged hours will be accepted by any licensing authority. You use the App at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with notice where appropriate.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes within the App.
